Who is the legal owner of the ETFs in my portfolio?

Technically, the ETFs are owned by Saxo, our broker. Pacific Trustees Berhad (our trustee) is a beneficiary of Saxo. Similarly, StashAway Malaysia Sdn Bhd (our legal entity) is a beneficiary of Pacific Trustees Berhad and you are a beneficiary on our ledger. So in short, you are the owner of the ETFs in your portfolio(s).
